Our streamlined design and fabrication processes enable us to deliver heaters in an industry-leading time frame, including design. Depending on volume, customized heaters ship in 7-10 business days, and any of our 1,200 standard heaters ship in 5 business days.
We can provide the technical and application design assistance to help you determine the wattage needed to deliver the thermal results you are looking for. Through technical discussions, we can help you understand the thermal activity of your application which needs to be translated into a wattage level of our heater.

If your requirements are more extensive, our Advanced Custom Heater Capabilities provide additional customizations at remarkable cost and lead times. Consulting and/or design fees may be applied.
Depending on the heater material, the maximum size heater that we provide is:
- 23” X 17” for Polyimide
- 47” X 23” for Polyester
- 110” x 48” for Teflon
We don’t provide controllers that are commercially available but we do offer sensors that are integrated with the heater that communicate to your controller. In addition, we offer a miniature controller for single-temperature self-regulation of the heater.
The heater material that you need depends on the maximum temperature that the heater will reach. We offer three different heater types listed here.
Our high-temperature polyester line is UL listed.
You may select to have pressure sensitive adhesive on any of our standard or custom heaters. TurboFlex uses 3M 467/468.
