Thank you for choosing TurboFlex Heaters. We take pride in providing high-quality products to our customers and we are confident in the performance and durability of our heaters. However, it is important for our customers to understand our return and refund policies before making a purchase from our website at https://www.turboflexheaters.com/.
Resistive foil heaters deliver the stated wattage at the designed voltage. For high wattage applications, the heaters do not possess the mass or physical properties to withstand or retain elevated temperatures and risk burning out unless the heat is extracted into the surrounding enclosure or surfaces such as when the heater is compressed between heat sinks. It is the customer’s responsibility to design the overall package design to extract the heat from the heater for the product to continually perform.

Please note that all sales made on our website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of any products purchased from our website. NO REFUNDS
TurboFlex Heaters does not offer refunds on any products purchased from our website. We strongly encourage customers to consider their purchase carefully, ensuring they are confident in their selection before completing the transaction.
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
TurboFlex Heaters warranty that the purchased product is designed to the technical specifications provided (not thermal). Heaters that may be determined to be out of specification or are found to be defective in materials or workmanship may be returned within 30 days after shipment. Customers must contact TurboFlex Heaters prior to any returns and must obtain a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA #) in order to return product. If a TurboFlex heater does not conform to this warranty, the sole and exclusive remedy is, at TurboFlex Heaters option, replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price.
TurboFlex Customers are responsible to determine if TurboFlex products perform in their application. By purchasing TurboFlex products, the customers hereby relieves TurboFlex Heaters from all liabilities associated with the use of TurboFlex heaters.
If your TurboFlex Heater arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your product qualifies for warranty coverage, we will provide the necessary assistance and support to resolve the issue.
TurboFlex Heaters makes no other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
EXCEPTIONS
In certain cases, such as an incorrect product being shipped or other exceptional circumstances, TurboFlex Heaters may offer a refund, exchange, or credit at its sole discretion.
