As a more affordable option to Polyimide, our Telfon Woven Fiberglass Heaters are excellent for high temperature flexible heater applications.
TurboFlex’s patented Teflon® heaters provide a thermal output typically reserved for expensive Polyimide AP foil heaters or thick silicone rubber heaters that have poor thermal transfer properties. Capitalizing on the high performance characteristics of PTFE, Teflon is extremely reliable and complies with FDA, RoHS, REACH and WEEE Directives. .
Rated at 225°C and performing up to 240°C in compressed applications, TurboFlex’s Teflon Heaters ship in 1-2 weeks including design.
- Available with or without PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) on rear surface.
